We gladly offer a 30-day 100% refund of the full price! Simply mail the purchase back to us in the ORIGINAL BOX and we will issue you a check or a paypal refund within 14 days of receipt.

In the rare instance you receive a defective CD, let us know at songsfromthemusicbox.@comcast.net . We will gladly replace your defective CD with a new CD of the same title.

Replacement CD’s apply to defects in manufacturing only. CDs are not sold warped or with scratches and we do not warrant damage or loss by the customer.

CD's are shipped through UPS.

Apparel Policy

Apparel may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused/unworn and in their original packaging. All refunds for purchased items will be issued by check or PayPal refund within seven to 14 days of receiving your returned item. We will notify you via e-mail as soon as your refund is processed.

Care for your CapeTee

Do not dry clean your CapeTee.

When washing, turn the tshirt inside out. Wash using the delicate cycle. Use mild detergents. Do not bleach. Dry your CapeTee on delicate cycle or hang dry.

Do not directly touch your CapeTee design with a hot iron. Turn the tshirt inside out to iron.

1. What is your return policy? Since all tutus are custom made, we cannot accept returns, nor give refunds. If your tutu came to you, and it's not what you ordered, we will gladly accept the return and send you a correct tutu. Since we take care in packaging all tutus in their boxes, they shouldn't arrive damaged, if for some reason they are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

2. What is the difference in the infant and toddler size tutus? The toddler sizes are bigger and longer than the infant sizes. The toddler sizes will poof out more than the infant sizes.

3. How do you ship your items? We ship our tutus through UPS.

4. What are the tutu measurements?

 The infant size is roughly 17" around and roughly 6" in length.

The toddler size is roughly 19" around and roughly 12" in length

The long size is roughly 21" around and roughly 24" in length. *Each tutu is made with an elastic waistband, so it will grow with your child.*

5. How do I care for my tutu? Your tutu may arrive wrinkled from being packed in a box and mailed to you. To de-wrinkle your tutu simply shake it, fluff it out or wear it. The wrinkles will fall out and you will have a perfect tutu. You can also hang the tutu up and lightly steam it. If your tutu gets dirty, spot clean as necessary.

6. What ages to you recommend your tutus for? Our magical Infant tutus are for newborns to a year. The whimsical Toddler tutus are typically for ages 1-8. And the graceful Long lengths are for ages 8 and older.

Refunds and Credits on other merchandise

We will gladly refund or credit the value of the item. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should accompany your return. Be sure to hold on to your original packaging for at least the first 10 days after purchase.  Returns require an item be placed in its original container and have all packing materials, including instructions, accessories, and contents.
